The Ultimate Tiramisu Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • Optional: pinch of instant espresso powder for depth
  • Whipped cream for the full experience
  • Cocoa powder to dust

Method
 

  1. Make the Cream Layer
  2. In a small bowl or cup, mix:
  3. mascarpone
  4. vanilla syrup
  5. brown sugar
  6. Stir until creamy and slightly glossy — like a tiny tiramisu cloud.
  7. Heat the Milk
  8. Warm your milk until steamy (don’t boil). Froth it if you can — even a jar shake works.
  9. Brew the Espresso
  10. Pull one strong shot. You want flavor that stands up to the cream.
  11. Build That Latte
  12. Spoon some of the mascarpone cream at the bottom of your mug.
  13. Pour in the espresso.
  14. Add the milk.
  15. Top with the rest of the cream.
  16. Dust With Cocoa
  17. People underestimate this step — don’t.
  18. That little cocoa cloud is part of the tiramisu DNA.
  19. Optional Extra
  20. Add a tiny sprinkle of espresso powder on top if you want to feel unstoppable.
