- Make the lavender syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and dried lavender. Bring it to a gentle simmer and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender and let the syrup cool completely before using.
- Build the latte
- Fill a glass with ice. Add the lavender syrup and vanilla syrup first, then pour in the espresso or strongly brewed coffee. Top with milk and stir gently so the flavors blend without losing that layered look.
- If you want it to feel extra special, finish it with a tiny pinch of dried lavender or a soft crown of foam.
Notes
