Method
- Whip the Cream
- Whip heavy cream + powdered sugar + vanilla until soft peaks.
- Dip the Ladyfingers
- Quick dip into the coffee — one second per side (don’t soak).
- Layer
- In two glasses:
- crumbled coffee-soaked ladyfingers
- whipped vanilla cream
- Repeat layers.
- Finish
- Dust cocoa on top. Add cinnamon if you’re dramatic.
Notes
These taste even better after chilling for one hour… if you can wait that long.
