Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • A wedge of lemon
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add tonic water.
  3. Slowly pour in espresso to create layers.
  4. Garnish with lemon. Sip slow.
